To ensure our taobao agent service have a complete satified shopping experience, iBuygle provide the further after-sale service for replacing/returning items. If you were not satisfied with the items you received or got any quality problem, please follow our replace/return items policies and steps.

  A) Wrong Sent Parcel

If you receive items that were not you want to buy. It might be our mistake in operation that ship other buyer's items to you. Please contact our customer service asap and provide the detail item info include photos to help us resolve the problem. We will check the situation and give resolutions as fast as possible. And iBuygel will pay any cost to resolve this issue.

  B) Broken Items

It might be caused broken during the international shipping process. Please take pictures for broken items together with the outside packagings and send to our service mailbox. We will check it and give response in 2 days.

  C) Items Not Match Descriptions

If you thought your item have problems like: color difference, size not match, poor material or poor quality in detail. iBuygle do not take responsible for these kind of problems. But if you are not satisfied with it, you can request to return or replacement. We will contact seller for your requests, but you need to cover all the fees occured on this procedure.

  D) Other Quality Problems

If you have quality problems when using the product and the product is still in its warranty period, you can contact us to request the seller for replace/return/repair the item with original purchase receipt and warranty card. iBuygel will help to protect your rights as a consumer on free service charge. But you need to cover the shipping cost of returning and re-shipping your item and any repair fee if expensed.

  Situations Not Allowed for Replacement/Returning

    1. send request after 10 days of item delivered (parcel delivered time is subject to the date on tracking site)
    2. not match seller's requirements, such as item has been used; original package broken or lost; without purchasing receipt; sealed items (DVD/CD) opened; etc.

notes: there are many no good sellers with poor service on Taobao like auction sites, these sellers are not friendly and do not accept replacement/returning items. Please contact our customer service to make sure your seller will agree for returning items before you shipping back goods to us. We will try best to help protecting your rights.

Steps for Replacement/Returning Items

  1. Collect info of problem item with photos, details, order number, original link and send together with your request to our customer service.

  2. We will check the problem and contact the seller for your requests. If the seller agree to accept replacement or returning items, we will reply you with detail instructions.

  3. Please send the problem item to iBuygle with suitable shipping method and make sure do not exceed the seller's promised period to take back your item.

  4. We will confirm with you when the problem item arrived. And we will start thr process for returning/replacement with seller as fast as possible. The procedure time depends on seller's effeciency.

  5. When seller send new items to us, we will charge you shipping fee for send it back to you. Or if seller refund, we can send you credit to your balance or refund you as you request.
